Upon Arrival

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for our Estheticians to prepare you for your treatment.

Our Staff

We cannot guarantee requests for individual estheticians; however, we will make every attempt to honour your preferences for your favourite service provider.

Cancellations

We request the courtesy of at least a 72-hour cancellation notice on all spa packages and group bookings and at least 24 hours’ notice on all spa services. Any missed appointments, or appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the treatment or package rate.

Arriving Late

Late arrivals may require us to cancel or reduce the length of treatment with full charges applied. This policy has been established to ensure that subsequent treatment times are not affected by a previous client’s late arrival. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.

No Shows

Clients who fail to show for a service appointment will be asked to provide 50% of payment upfront when they are booking their next service.

Please remember to turn off cell phones, pagers, and personal music systems before entering.

Scents

Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or any strongly scented lotions/creams etc.
